ROC Personal Training

The ROC’s popular Personal Training Program employs Nationally Certified trainers. On your initial session the trainer will assess your body composition, test your aerobic capacity, and measure your muscle strength and endurance. Based on the trainer’s evaluation, a program will be designed that addresses your specific needs. Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, and most successful ways to achieve your fitness goals! When you choose to use one of our personal trainers, you will get a guaranteed partner in your fitness success!

Personal Training Rates

Private Session – $40
The first session you can expect to be asked a lot of questions. Your trainer will ask questions about your health and exercise history, and during this session you will work together to determine your exercise goals. Sessions are 1 hour each.

Package of 5 Sessions – $100
Private sessions lasting 1 hour each, but at a discount

Package of 10 Sessions – $200
Private sessions lasting 1 hour each, but at a discount

Small Group Sessions – 2-on-1 – $40 ($20 per person)
Trainers coordinate small group personal training to make it more affordable to clients. Small group sessions are where two people, with similar fitness goals, work with a trainer in a 2-on-1 setting. Sessions are 1 hour each.

Package of 10 Sessions – $360 ($160 per person)
10 semi-private sessions lasting one hour each, but at a discount.

Small Group Sessions – 3-on-1 – $60 ($20 per person)
Trainers coordinate small group personal training to make it more affordable to clients. Small group sessions are where 3 people with similar fitness goals, work with a trainer on a 3-on-1 setting. Sessions are 1 hour each.

Package of 10 Sessions – $480 ($160 per person)
10 semi-private sessions lasting 1 hour each, but at a discount.
