Will you join us as we seek to be a church on mission, wholeheartedly pursuing God, living a Kingdom purpose, and impacting people?

We are trusting that God is going to do something new in us as we seek revival as individuals and as a church. Save the date for the week of September 26-October 3. Life Action Ministries will be here leading daily sessions of worship, preaching, and discipleship to guide us all – kids to senior adults – closer to God.

What is Life Action?

Life Action Ministries was founded in 1971 to spark spiritual change in families, churches, and nations. They send teams all over the country to host Life Action church events, which are designed to spark revival in churches by creating spaces for people to really repent, really pray, really enjoy, and really take bold action for Christ.

Life Action church events are designed to be a catalytic event in your church that allows people to encounter God and His Word in a fresh, concentrated way. These innovative, in-church conferences are designed to help make disciples, enrich the core of your church, spark fresh momentum for outreach among God’s people, and refocus everyone’s attention on who matters most: Jesus Christ.

Life Action teams are equipped to deliver Bible-centered preaching, quality worship, energetic children and student ministries, spiritual health assessments, staff leadership, and more.

After the Revival

Revival is not just an event on the calendar. It's a starting point for something great God is going to do in you and something great He is going to do in our church. Here are just a few ways we are going to keep our hearts and minds open to what God has in store:

Unleashed

Begins Sunday, October 10
In the weeks following the Revival, Pastor Brian will lead us through the Book of Acts in a message series that will focus on the characteristics of a believer unleashed by the power of the Holy Spirit to live for kingdom purposes. Unleashed: A Revived Life into Kingdom Action begins Sunday, October 10, at 9:30am at the Raytown Campus and at 11:00am at the Lee's Summit Campus.

The Kingdom-First Life

Begins Sunday, October 10
Jesus calls us to a lifestyle of radical faith and bold reprioritization: He calls us to seek God’s kingdom first, above everything else. We believe this is the road we can all enthusiastically walk—toward all-out commitment, toward spiritual renewal, toward the kind of life Jesus died and rose again to make possible. In this six-week study, we invite you to continue forward on this road, with both your Bible and your heart in the same position—open. From there, prayerfully, we’ll learn what God has in store for us, and how we really can put our revived life into kingdom action.

The Kingdom-First Life, led by Pastor Brian and Pastor Jake, will meet on Sunday evenings from October 10-November 21 (except for October 31) in the Atrium at the Raytown Campus.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will childcare be provided?

Yes. Nursery care will be provided for newborns through 2 year olds. Preschoolers, elementary-aged children, and teens will have separate age specific environments and activities to engage with during the week.

What is the schedule for the Lee's Summit Campus?

This is an event for the whole church family, so we are asking our Lee's Summit Campus members to attend the Raytown Campus for this special week. No worship services or LifeGroups will be held at the Lee's Summit Campus from September 26 through October 3.

Will my LifeGroup meet on those Sundays?

All adult LifeGroups will meet together in the Worship Center at 11:00am on Sunday, September 26, and Sunday, October 3.

Can I watch online?

Only on Sunday mornings. We will stream Sunday morning worship at 9:30am on our regular platforms, but we will not stream any of the other sessions. We strongly encourage in-person attendance so you can get the most out of this powerful week.
