Summer Bible Reading Plan
We’re studying 1 John in the Prove It! message series, and we’d love for you to read along with us! Read this week's passage to get ready for Sunday, and watch for a new devotional video later this week. We Need YOU at Create-A-Camp
Create-A-Camp is VBS, fine arts camp, and sports camp all rolled into one awesome week from July 29-August 2. It takes hundreds of volunteers to make Create-A-Camp possible, which is why we need you! Our biggest need is for Tour Guides, volunteers who lead campers from one class to the next. You don’t need any experience to volunteer. We just ask that you are 6th grade (23-24 school year) or older and have a heart to serve and have fun with some amazing kids at camp. Whether you can serve a half day or the full week, visit create-a-camp.com to learn more and sign up.
Serve the Next Generation
We are looking for people just like you to serve in Kid Ministry and Student Ministry to help point the next generation to a lifelong connection with Jesus. We have opportunities on Sundays and Wednesdays for those who can serve once a month or every week. Deacon Nominations
The Connection Point Deacons are looking for names of godly men with a servant herat to serve as Associate Deacon for 2025. If you know of a member you think would be a good candidate to serve the people and ministries of our church, submit their names by Sunday, July 28, to Marty Heath at marty.heath@connectionpoint.tv.
Finance and Personnel Team Recommendations
Do you know someone in our church family who would be a good fit on one of these important lay leader teams? To recommend an individual to serve on the Personnel Team or the Finance Team, submit recommendations by Sunday, July 28, to Larry Jones at larry.jones@connectionpoint.tv.

Coming Up on Sunday, July 28
Lord’s Supper
We will observe the Lord’s Supper in our worship service on Sunday, July 28. We will also take a benevolence offering to support the ministry of Hope Network as they serve those in need in our community. Learn more about the Lord’s Supper and our core beliefs at connectionpoint.tv/beliefs.
No Life Groups
We have already begun preparing our building for Create-A-Camp, and by Sunday, July 28, classroom setup and preparations will be in full swing. This is why there will be no Life Groups that Sunday. This includes all groups from birth through senior adults. Please note that Kid City Jr. will be available for birth-5 years during the 9:30am worship service. Life Groups will resume on Sunday, August 4.
