Jesus, As Usual

In Lead Pastor Brian Stone's first message at Connection Point, he took us through Jesus' first sermon found in Luke 4:16-22.

Jesus was brought up as a child going to the synagogue regularly for worship and studying God's Word. He was so much a part of the weekly routine for the people in attendance that when He spoke about the power and freedom He brought to earth, the people doubted.

We too can be so familiar with Jesus that we can miss the power and the depth that God has for us. Are you amazed at Jesus? Or is He just Jesus, as usual?
